Harry Co reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
6. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
- Custom or made-to-order pieces require production time.
- All deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
- Once production has begun, modifications may not be possible.
- Final approval of design renders confirms customer acceptance.
7. Warranty & Repairs
Harry Co may offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a specified period.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper care
- Accidental damage
- Third-party repairs or modifications
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty claims unless otherwise stated.
