How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Since all our works are handcrafted, it takes time. Shipping time is 10-15 business day from the date ordered. This allows our jewelers to provide high quality care for our valuable customers.

Do you ship internationally?
Our main office is in the United States of America. Please contact us before placing the order outside of USA.
Will my shipping require a signature upon delivery?
Yes. All items ship with full insured coverage and it requires signature upon delivery. Since all items require signature, we will not delivery to P O Box. Only residential address.
Will my Harry Co Jewelry purchase arrive in the box?
Yes. All items comes with jewelry box.
What is the return policy?
We hope you will like Harry Co Jewelry, but if you are considering a return, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received you shipment. After 7 calendar days from receive, items are no longer eligible for return.
Please note that your purchase will only be accepted for return by Harry Co Jewelry if it is in original condition with original packaging and no sign of wear. The item will be shipped back to sender if there is any visible wear or damage and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
To Process your return, you must contact us withing 7 calendar days. All items assigned tracking numbers and based on that your return request will meet the 7 days return police timestamp.
